Course menu

We have put together an 8-course meal from the following example dishes.

The menu changes every day as we look at the day's procurement situation and the condition of the ingredients and come up with the best cooking method.

[Appetizer] We will serve you some food to warm your stomach before you start drinking.

[Oshigi] A rice dish.

Small dishes: Vinegared dishes, salads, natto salad, ponzu sauce, etc.

{Sashimi} Generally, it comes with 2-3 kinds of ingredients.If you prefer more, please let us know.

[Clear soup] A casual version of a kaiseki soup bowl.

{Grilled food} Saikyo-yaki, teriyaki, salt-yaki, overnight dried, etc.

[Fried food] The standard menu is one seafood and one vegetable tempura, but we also offer fried chicken and other fried dishes.

[Stews] Sweet and spicy fish stews are the basic dish, but we also make a variety of boiled and simmered dishes.

[Steamed dishes] We will prepare simple steamed dishes in sake from traditional Kyoto cuisine.

[Small pot] We can accommodate your budget, from hot pot dishes with seasonal fresh fish to meat dishes.

[Palate cleanser] Pickled foods, lightly pickled foods, delicacies, small side dishes, etc.

[Rice] We have noodles, but please let us know in advance if you would like clay pot rice or sea bream chazuke.

[Cancellation (Dinner)]

If you cancel on the day, we will charge 100%.

If the number of people decreases after entering the store, it will be treated as a cancellation on the day and a cancellation fee of 100% x number of people will be charged.

In order to reduce food waste, if you leave an excessive amount of food uneaten, we may charge you a cancellation fee and ask you to leave the restaurant.
